Shipping Policy
We ship to addresses within the United States. Our products ship directly from our partner warehouses, so orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and delivery takes 3–15 business days after shipping, depending on the item. Most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, contact info@duskveilbeauty.com and we will make it right.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@duskveilbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective.
Privacy Policy
Duskveil Beauty collects the information you provide at checkout (name, email, shipping address and order details) to process and deliver your order and to provide customer support. Payments are handled by our secure payment processors; we never store your full card details. We do not sell your personal information. We may use cookies and analytics tools to improve our site and, if you opt in, to send you marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
